Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team at CHC Pharmacy. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing information about pharmacy services and products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
Assist customers with pharmacy-related queries, orders, and service requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products, availability, and services.
Follow up with customers and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements
Any Degree from a recognized institution.
0–2 years of experience in customer care,



telecalling, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive Tamil and English communication skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
