Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media management, and performance marketing to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns
Handle social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
Conduct keyword research, SEO on-page optimization, and basic website audits
Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and lead nurturing activities
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copies
Track trends, analyze competitors, and suggest growth strategies





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, etc.
Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with YouTube Ads and Display campaigns
Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing
