Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily production activities.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Quality, Store, and Design teams.
Ensure production is completed as per the required schedule.
Check availability of raw materials, tools, and components.
Monitor workers and machine utilization.
Ensure products are manufactured according to drawings and specifications.
Identify production problems and find practical solutions.
Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
Monitor product quality and reduce rejection/rework.
Follow safety rules and ensure a protected working setting.
Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection.




Track production targets and delivery commitments.
Support maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Valuable communication and team coordination.
Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and Word.
Problem-solving and time-management skills.
Knowledge of engineering drawings is preferred.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
