We're hiring a Ticketing Specialist

Redwood designs experiential learning journeys for students — programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. Over the last 4 years, we’ve grown into one of India’s leading experiential learning companies, with 750+ journeys, 50+ partner schools, and 30,000+ students having travelled with us.

As a Ticketing Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end flight, train, and bus bookings for Redwood’s student journeys, ensuring smooth and timely travel arrangements. You’ll handle reservations, ticketing, cancellations, reissues, and manage last-minute changes to keep every journey seamless.

Responsibilities:
Handle flight, train, and bus reservations and ticketing for domestic and international travel.
Search and compare schedules, availability, fares, routes, and travel options.
Use Amadeus,



Galileo/GDS, or other reservation systems for flight bookings and ticketing.
Issue, reissue, cancel, and reschedule tickets.
Coordinate with airlines, railway operators, bus operators, and travel suppliers when required.
Maintain accurate booking and transaction records.
Handle urgent and last-minute travel requests professionally.
