Develop and maintain the overall Master Schedule, Baseline Schedule, and detailed project schedules.
Prepare WBS, activity sequencing, resource loading, manpower planning, and productivity targets.
Monitor actual progress against planned progress and identify schedule variances.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and management dashboards.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, and subcontractor teams.
Analyze project delays, critical activities, and schedule risks.
Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
Conduct critical path analysis and regularly update project forecasts.
Track material, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor requirements against the project schedule.
Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the approved project baseline.




Prepare look-ahead schedules such as 2-week, 3-week, and monthly plans.
Support preparation of extension-of-time (EOT) claims and delay analysis with relevant schedule records.
Coordinate with the project team for progress measurement, quantity tracking, and earned value analysis.
Conduct regular planning/progress review meetings and circulate action trackers.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of planning records.
Provide management with early warnings on potential delays, resource constraints, and project risks.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
