Having experience in any of the reputed institute will be more preferred.
Should have valuable content knowledge about subject.
Faculty should have positive communication skills.
Teaching skills: Candidates should be able to convey complex topics in a simplified manner by using creative teaching methods and a neat board presentation.
Set question papers, and discuss the solutions in detail.
Clearing doubt for students.
