Job Description:

We are looking for a Service Advisor for our 2-wheeler dealership/service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand vehicle issues/service requirements
Prepare job cards and provide service cost estimates
Coordinate with technicians for timely service and repairs
Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines
Ensure timely vehicle delivery with quality service
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
Promote additional services, spare parts, and value-added products
Maintain service records and follow-up for periodic maintenance

Requirements:




Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical or any graduation
Basic knowledge of 2-wheeler servicing and repairs
Valuable communication skills (English + local language)
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) preferred
