Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hiring quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, corporate, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and update the ATS/HRMS.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for campus recruitment drives.
Publish job postings and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Monthly KPIs
Minimum 12 successful employee onboardings per month.
Achieve a joining ratio of 80% or above from accepted offers.
Maintain an average Time-to-Fill of 15–20 days.
Ensure 100% recruitment tracker and ATS updates.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
Skills Required
Solid sourcing and headhunting skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience with LinkedIn, Apna, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Valuable stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in HR is preferred.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Performance Expectation
The Talent Acquisition Executive is expected to achieve 12 successful onboardings every month while maintaining quality of hire, timely closures, and a positive candidate experience. Consistent underperformance against hiring targets may lead to a performance review as per company policy.
