We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Assistant Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding courses in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Multimedia, and related creative fields.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries from students and parents.
Understand students' interests, career goals, and educational background.
Explain courses, curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and placement support.
Counsel students and parents and assist them in selecting suitable courses.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Convert enquiries into admissions and support the complete admission process.
Maintain lead and enquiry records and provide regular follow-up reports.
Coordinate with faculty and the centre team for counselling sessions, demos, and campus visits.
Support seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.




Maintain good relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, telesales, or a customer-facing role.
Candidates with experience or knowledge of MAAC, Arena Animation, ZICA, or similar Animation/VFX/Design institutes will be preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and counselling abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups and admissions targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates with robust communication skills and relevant industry knowledge can also apply as freshers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
