We are seeking a licensed Project Architect to lead architectural design, spatial planning, and construction documentation from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and detailed construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and budget parameters.
Perform site visits to inspect construction quality and ensure adherence to plans.

Required Skills & Software
Education & License: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch); licensed architect.
Experience: 3–5+ years in architectural design and project management.
BIM & Drafting: Autodesk Revit (Required), AutoCAD.
3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp / Rhino 3D, Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion.
Graphics: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
