Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operation theatre before procedures.
Arrange and check surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgeries.
Maintain sterile conditions and infection-control standards.
Handle and maintain OT instruments.
Assist with patient preparation and positioning.
Ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
Maintain OT inventory and records.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant qualification.
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
Salary: As per experience and hospital standards.
