Job Location : Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Salary : 25000 to 30000 per month.
Note : Immeidate Joining.

Job description
Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure productive operation of desktop infrastructure.
Respond to IT support tickets and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates on desktop systems.
Train end-users on current technologies and software applications.
Document technical procedures and user guides.
Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting
Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup.




Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.
Basic Networking knowledge (connecting switches / routers, Access points and should be able to help network team while configuring them)

Requirements:
Installing, Configuring windows operating systems.
Robust knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment when necessary.
