Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Identify, source, and generate current leasing prospects through direct outreach, brokers, channel partners, and market networks.
Manage the complete leasing cycle, from lead generation and site visits to negotiation, documentation, and closure.
Conduct market research to understand rental trends, competitor projects, tenant demand, and market positioning.
Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, lease periods, lock-in periods, security deposits, escalation clauses, fit-out periods, and other lease conditions.
Prepare and maintain leasing proposals, commercial offers, MIS reports, and pipeline reports.
Coordinate with legal, finance, projects, facility management, marketing,



and operations teams for smooth execution of lease transactions.
Track competitor developments, rental benchmarks, tenant movements, and emerging market opportunities.
Support budgeting and forecasting for leasing revenue and occupancy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, lease terms, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
Handle tenant negotiations, escalations, and commercial discussions professionally.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on leasing performance, occupancy, revenue, and pipeline.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
