Manage, monitor, and optimize next-generation wireline and fiber-optic networks to ensure maximum uptime, seamless transmission, and rapid fault resolution.
Proficiency in fiber splicing, OTDR testing, link performance testing, and live alarm analysis.
Handle L1/L2 engineering escalations, resolve fiber link failures, and fix latency or transmission bottlenecks.
Coordinate closely with field teams and external maintenance partners to resolve pending network faults within strict Turnaround Times (TAT).
Ensure network uptime aligns rigorously with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Solid grip on Fiber optics, and optical transport systems (DWDM, MPLS).
Monitor wireline network performance, bandwidth capacity, and node health using advanced Network Management Systems (NMS).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
