We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with hands-on experience in CCTV systems to provide installation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer assistance. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of surveillance systems, networking basics, and remote technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide remote and in office technical support to customers.
Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and desktops.
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations when required.
Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Analog and IP CCTV systems.
Experience with DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, PTZ Cameras, and Video Management Software.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches).




Understanding of remote access configuration, port forwarding, and DDNS.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel for in office installations and support.

Qualifications
Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certification in CCTV or Networking (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience
1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and technical support.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and internship experience may also apply.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of access control systems, biometric devices, or video door phones.
Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Honeywell, or Axis Communications is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and remote desktop tools.

Pay: ₹10,761.15 - ₹37,590.88 per month
