Job Responsibilities
Conduct field verification of residence, business, property, employment and rental/tenancy cases.
Visit customer locations and verify details through physical inspection and local enquiries.
Interact with customers, owners, tenants, neighbours and other relevant persons.
Take photographs and collect required information/evidence.
Identify discrepancies and report actual ground-level findings.
Prepare accurate verification reports and submit them within the prescribed TAT.
Handle revisits and coordinate with the office team as required.

Requirements
Valuable communication and observation skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Maps, smartphone and WhatsApp.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Experience in banking/NBFC/field verification/collection/investigation will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Conveyance
Joining: Immediate preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
