Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions while working closely with technical teams and hiring managers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical/IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate with technical leads/hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive talent.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets and business requirements.




Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, IT skills, and recruitment trends.
Support employer branding and provide a positive candidate experience.

Job Requirements / Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Valuable computer literacy and proficiency in recruitment tools/job portals.
Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to work in a rapid-paced technology workplace.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
