Responsibilities:
Acquiring recent clients through Digital Marketing & Telephonic conversation.
Technical Support to our clients: Attending calls from our clients and identify the software glitches and assist them to work on our platform efficiently.
Scheduling and providing demonstration of our software to clients.
Replying to email, support tickets and other assistance.
Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma with Positive knowledge in operating computers.
