A Civil Surveyor is responsible for accurate measurement, setting-out, leveling, alignment, and preparation of survey data required for construction projects. The surveyor ensures that construction is executed according to approved drawings, coordinates, levels, dimensions, and specifications.

Education Qualification: Diploma In Civil Engineering/ Survey Engineering

Required skills:

1) Practical operation of total station , auto level, theodolite and GPS/DGPS

2) Plot and boundary measurement before construction.

3) Topographical survey and preparation of site contour information.

4) Setting out building lines center lines foundation columns and plinth level

5) Checking floor levels set back dimensions elevations and allignment.

6)



calculating length areas using Assam units such as Bigha, Katha and Lesa.

7) Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, ms excel and survey software.

8) Coordinating with architects , Civil engineers and clients (Land Owners).

9) Willingness to travel throughout Assam

Salary: Depending on experience and total station / AutoCAD proficiency

Traveling allowance ( Where applicable )
