About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs to successfully onboarding top talent. You'll be a key partner to business leaders and hiring managers, ensuring we attract the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles
Source candidates proactively through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels)
Conduct structured HR interviews and coordinate assessment processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness)




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a rapid-paced environment
Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring independently
Proficiency with sourcing platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously with valuable prioritization
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Good to Have
Experience hiring across multiple functions or business units
Familiarity with HR tools and HRMS platforms
Prior exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
