Position: Admission Counsellor

Department: Admissions / Student Counselling

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

Understand students’ career interests and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.

Explain course curriculum, duration, fee structure, scholarships, and other relevant information.

Maintain regular follow-up records and update admission status.

Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for the admission process.

Assist students in completing application forms and required documentation.

Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.

Participate in school/college seminars, education fairs, counselling sessions,



and promotional activities when required.

Maintain skilled relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Eligibility

Graduation in any discipline.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer handling is preferred.

Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Counselling and convincing skills.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Comfortable communicating with students and parents.

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
