Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Head HR to lead and manage our Talent Acquisition team, drive recruitment strategy, and ensure timely hiring of quality talent across functions.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team and recruitment operations.
Develop and execute effective end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements.
Manage volume hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership/critical hiring.
Build solid talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Monitor recruitment TAT, productivity, closures, and team performance.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Drive employer branding,



candidate experience, and recruitment process improvements.
Prepare and review recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and performance metrics.

Candidate Profile :
4 –7 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, with significant experience in team management.
Solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
Proven experience in managing and achieving team hiring targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing strategies.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
