Job Description

We are hiring Visa Counselors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively counsel and handle clients regarding visa and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding various visa and immigration options.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable guidance.
Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processes.
Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain client records and coordinate with the processing team.
Achieve individual and team targets.
Build strong and professional relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration, sales,



or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of visa/immigration procedures will be an advantage.
