Sales & Service Executive – Medical Diagnostics

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales & Service Executive to join our team in the Medical Diagnostics/Healthcare industry.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Qualification: Biomedical Engineering / Any Science Graduate
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Medical Devices / Diagnostics / Pharma Sales
Language: Fluent in Kannada with valuable communication skills
Two-wheeler: Must have a Bike and a valid driving licence
Good knowledge of the local geographical area and market
Age: 25–30 years
Highly active, energetic and willing to work in the field
Ready to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage Primary & Secondary Sales
Develop current customers and maintain existing customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
Regular customer visits and market coverage
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service support
Coordinate with distributors,



dealers and end customers
Follow up on orders, payments and product requirements
Identify new business opportunities and convert potential customers
Understand basic sales processes, market dynamics and competitor activities
Coordinate with the service team for installation, troubleshooting and customer support
Maintain regular reporting and update CRM/field activity
Build strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, doctors and diagnostic centres

Preferred: Candidates with solid local contacts and knowledge of the medical/diagnostic market will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
