We, S. Mark, are hiring now a QA/QC Engineer for the Ahmedabad Location.

Job type: Permanant
Ensure Quality Control activities at site are performed in accordance with relevant QCP, ITP,MS.
Consult all the documentation necessary for inspection (visits conducted with suppliers)
Check the conformity of equipment in accordance with the contractual documentation and the order.
During inspection visits, monitor the implementation of HSE rules, the results of tests and inspections performed by suppliers.
Diagnose the acceptance or rejection of the equipment during inspections and issue either the final acceptance certificate or the non-complaint document
Ensure Vendor Supplied materials are in compliance with Codes and Standards
Review and approval of sub-contractor’s QC personnel’s resumes.
Review and approve Sub contractors Method of statement and work procedure.
Reviewing of Inspection related two weeks look ahead schedule
Site Surveillance for the work carried out are as per approved procedures, specification and drawings.
Strict Implementation of Preservation activities at Site and at Material storage area. (Team Leader-Preservation)
Respond to contractors’ technical queries and provide technical guidance and expertise




Supervision & Inspection of the installation & alignment of Static & Rotating equipment
Updating the daily Inspection Status Assist Client/internal quality auditor for the audit.
Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of Inspection and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project.
Attend Monthly Project Review Meetings (PRM) and alert the project team of any potential problems.
Attending weekly meetings with Client to discuss about the Quality issues.
Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the Customers representatives.
Preparation of Punch list after Site walk through with the client and verification of punch list completion.
Supporting Pre-commissioning/Commissioning activities.
Monitor statistical method reporting.
Action and close all customer complaints
Report QA/QC activities within the framework of Weekly/Monthly to QA/QC Manager.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
