We are looking for 3 energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team at Todemy. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining Todemy's offerings, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
Communicate confidently and professionally with customers over the phone.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Todemy products/services.
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant information.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding and sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3 months to 1 year in Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent spoken English and robust verbal communication skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Strong understanding of basic sales techniques and lead conversion.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups effectively.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Freshers with robust English communication and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered.

Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Monday only
