Salary: ₹2 – ₹4 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Proprietor. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Proprietor's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
Draft and prepare professional letters, reports, emails, and other business correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
Maintain files, records, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
Follow up on pending tasks, meetings, and key deadlines.




Act as a liaison between the Proprietor, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email etiquette.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Positive interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently.

Must be Fluent In English, Hindi ,Marathi

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
