Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Back Office Executives for an International Fintech Non-Voice Process. The role involves backend operations, data processing, document verification, record maintenance, and ensuring accuracy while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back-office and non-voice operations.
Process and verify customer/account-related information accurately.
Review documents and data according to process guidelines.
Update and maintain records in internal systems.
Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain required quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.




Minimum 6 months of documented Back Office / Non-Voice experience required.
Prior experience in a back-office or non-voice process is mandatory.
B2 level or above English communication skills.
Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Valuable computer and data-handling skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced international process.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Shift & Work Schedule
5 days working
Rotational shifts
Rotational week-offs
10-hour shift: 9 hours login + 1-hour break

Salary

Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month – Flat

Additional benefits will be provided as per company policy.

Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates with relevant Back Office / Non-Voice experience will be given preference.
Candidates comfortable with international processes and rotational shifts are preferred.
