Job description:

Position: Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Mahipalpur, Current Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary : Between 23K to 25K

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle purchase and sales invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts-related queries.
Track expenses and maintain expense records.
Assist the management/CA with audits, taxation, and other accounting requirements.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce,



Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance.
Valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and taxation.
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred
Experience in an e-commerce, retail, or FMCG company.
Knowledge of accounting software and online payment platforms.
Experience in handling inventory-related accounting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
