Job Title: Placement Coordinator

Location: Panvel

Experience: 5–7 Years

Starting Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team in Panvel. The candidate will be responsible for managing placement activities, coordinating with companies, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring successful placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the complete placement process.

Build and maintain solid relationships with companies and recruiters.

Identify new job and placement opportunities for students.

Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and campus placement activities.

Communicate with HR teams and employers regarding job requirements.

Match students' skills and profiles with suitable job opportunities.

Guide students regarding interviews, resumes, grooming, and skilled communication.

Maintain accurate records of students, interviews, selections, and placements.

Follow up with companies regarding interview results and joining status.

Prepare regular placement reports and MIS.

Support students throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.





Achieve placement targets and improve placement conversion rates.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, or career services.

Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.

Excellent coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Strong networking and corporate relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment/CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
