Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Draftsman with robust hands-on expertise in preparing Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings. The candidate must be capable of independently managing drawing packages and coordinating with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue GFC drawings, working drawings, and shop drawings.
Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, joinery and furniture details
Manage drawing revisions, version control,



and submission schedules
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors on drawing queries and RFIs
Ensure drawings align with project specifications and client requirements

Candidate Profile
Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsman ship / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent
5 to 8 years of drafting experience in an architecture or interior design firm
Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Knowledge of SketchUp
Robust understanding of construction details and site execution
Experience preparing GFC drawing sets independently
Good attention to detail; ability to handle multiple drawing packages

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
