Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the quality of automotive components by monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of automotive components.
Ensure products comply with customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor rejection, rework, and process defects and take corrective action.
Perform root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D.
Implement CAPA and monitor its effectiveness.
Conduct process and product quality audits.
Prepare inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.




Support PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA activities.
Handle customer complaints and support timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements.
Support continuous improvement and defect-prevention initiatives.

Required Skills
Knowledge of automotive component manufacturing.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
Root Cause Analysis and CAPA knowledge.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Basic knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plan.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.

Preferred Experience

Experience in automotive OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2 auto-component manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
