Role Description The Legal Manager at Ashok Auto will oversee and manage all legal matters related to the company’s operations, contracts, and regulatory obligations. This full-time, in office role is based in Agra and involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. The role includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing legal advice to internal teams, and managing legal risks across business activities.

The Legal

Manager will coordinate with external counsel when needed, maintain accurate legal documentation and records, and support internal policy development and implementation. The position also requires monitoring changes in relevant legislation,



preparing reports for leadership, and contributing to training on legal and compliance topics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Law and Legal Affairs, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
