Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based in Recent Delhi.

The Legal

Intern will assist with legal research on labor and employment laws, case laws, and statutory provisions to support ongoing matters and client advisory work. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents and notices, preparing compliance reports, and organizing case files and documentation. The intern will support senior lawyers in client meetings, help interpret legal issues, and contribute to preparing opinions and presentations.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, maintaining up-to-date records, and learning standard firm procedures and professional ethics.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of Law and demonstrated interest in labor and employment law.
- Ability to support Legal Consulting activities, including understanding client requirements and assisting in preparing legal opinions.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting notices, agreements, petitions, and compliance reports.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal use and client-facing work.
- Capacity to analyze Legal Issues and apply relevant statutes, rules, and case law to practical business situations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard office software and basic legal research tools; prior internship experience in a law firm is an advantage.
