DRS Legal is a litigation-focused law firm practicing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, various tribunals in Delhi, and district courts across Delhi and Meerut. We handle a diverse range of matters and offer interns hands-on courtroom exposure and practical legal training.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain real courtroom experience across multiple forums, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, tribunals, and district courts.

Responsibilities

- Assist in legal research and drafting of pleadings, applications, and other court documents
- Accompany advocates to court hearings at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, tribunals, and district courts (Delhi and Meerut)
- Assist with case preparation, filing of documents,



and maintaining case files
- Track cause lists and case status across courts
- Coordinate with clerks, court staff, and clients as required
- Support day-to-day administrative and case management tasks

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or have completed a law degree (LLB/BA LLB or equivalent)
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel between Delhi and Meerut courts as required
- Basic knowledge of civil/criminal procedure preferred
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn in a fast-paced litigation setting
