Roles & Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, DPAs, SaaS service agreements, vendor, partnership, and integration agreements.
- Provide advice to internal stakeholders on contract risks, interpretation, disputes etc.
- Coordinate with external counsels and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual and regulatory alignment.
- Assist in research and implementation of globally applicable laws including employment laws, IPR laws, technology laws (including DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA etc), and AI governance laws (including EU AI Act).
- Assist in managing end-to-end contract lifecycle from template creation to execution (including renewals, amendments and terminations).
- Assist in implementing legal work-flows, playbooks, contract repositories, and tools to scale legal support.

Exposure required in:
1. Customer facing agreements - SaaS agreements, MSA, SLA, NDA
2. Vendor agreements - marketing
3. Partner agreements - technology integration, whitelabelling, reselling
