We’re looking for a media and entertainment lawyer with 5-6 years post qualification experience to join our in-house legal team at Matrix.

If you have experience across celebrity & media agreements, production, IP and commercial negotiations and bring a practical, business-first approach to legal, we’d love to connect.

What you’ll be doing

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of agreements, including celebrity, endorsement, film, production and licensing agreements

Advising on contractual risks and finding practical, commercially viable solutions

Negotiating with brands, agencies, production houses, platforms and external counsel

Supporting commercial negotiations and deal structuring

Managing contract execution, renewals, amendments and legal documentation

What we’re looking for





5+ years of relevant legal experience, including 3+ years at a law firm

LL.B. from a recognised Indian university

Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation

Robust understanding of media, entertainment and IP law

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills

- Someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
