1. LEGAL ASSOCIATE – LITIGATION

No. of Positions: 2

We are looking for motivated and capable Litigation Associates to join our growing litigation practice. The role will involve handling a diverse range of matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Draft pleadings, applications, replies, written submissions and other legal documents b) Appear before courts, tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums c) Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and legal opinions d) Assist in handling matters from drafting and filing through hearings and other stages of litigation e) Coordinate with clients, internal teams etc f) Track matters, hearings and procedural requirements

Requirements:

· LL.B.



from a recognised university

· Enrolment with the Bar Council is preferred

· 1.5–3 years of relevant litigation experience preferred

· Experience in appearing before judicial forums in Delhi-NCR will be preferred

· Strong drafting, advocacy and legal research skills

· Valuable command of English and professional communication skills

· Candidates having experience in handling matters for Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions, including matters relating to Banking & Finance, SARFAESI, DRT and recovery proceedings, will be given preference

Job Location:

Sector 2, Noida (Walking distance from Noida Sector 15 Metro Station)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
