About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Trainer / Learning & Development Executive to support training and capability-building initiatives for frontline associates across Flipkart Minutes stores. The role will involve conducting training, monitoring employee performance and ensuring associates understand and follow operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction, process and refresher training for in-store and last-mile associates.
- Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
- Explain operational processes, SOPs, safety guidelines and best practices clearly to associates.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching .
- Assess trainee understanding through practical assessments, quizzes and observations.
- Identify training gaps and provide appropriate re-training or coaching.
- Support associates in understanding warehouse, store and last-mile operations .
- Maintain training attendance, assessment scores and other required training records.
- Track training effectiveness and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with Store Managers/Operations teams to identify learning requirements.




- Conduct refresher training based on operational gaps and performance trends.
- Travel between assigned Flipkart Minutes stores as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills .
- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
- Confident in interacting with frontline/warehouse associates.
- Good interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Comfortable conducting training for groups of employees.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations.
- Own bike/scooty is mandatory.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
