Role Description The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support Gryphon Academy’s Industry Readiness initiatives. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Pune Division, involves conducting needs assessments, developing training curricula and materials, and facilitating workshops and classroom sessions for students and internal teams. The role includes coordinating with industry partners and academic stakeholders to align content with current market expectations, monitoring learning outcomes, and iterating programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

The Learning and Development Manager will also mentor trainers, ensure consistent delivery standards,



and contribute to strategic planning for new learning offerings and continuous improvement of existing programs.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Learning and Development, including training needs analysis, curriculum design, and facilitation of instructor-led programs.
- Experience developing employability-focused or industry-readiness training, such as soft skills, professional communication, and workplace readiness modules.
- Ability to collaborate with academic institutions and industry stakeholders to align learning outcomes with current workforce requirements.
- Proficiency in using training tools and methods, including presentations, interactive activities, and basic learning technologies or LMS platforms.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and timelines.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills to track learning effectiveness, interpret feedback, and improve program design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in L&D; or training are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a training, L&D;, or academic-industry liaison role, ideally working with student or early-career populations.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, with a learner-centric mindset and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
