Hiring: Learner Success Manager

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Total CTC: 3.7 LPA (90% fixed & 10% variable)

Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-Offs

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview

About the Role

We are looking for a Learner Success Manager to enhance the learning experience for our global learners by supporting live classes, mentoring projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth course delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support trainers during live virtual classes and manage class logistics
- Engage with learners and drive active participation
- Host sessions, manage Q&A;, evaluate assignments/projects, and support demos
- Mentor learners on projects and resolve content-related queries
- Coordinate with trainers, content, and product teams
- Track learner progress and support timely course completion




- Communicate confidently with a global learner base
- Present and interact confidently during live sessions

Who Can Apply?

- 0–1 year of experience or basic knowledge in Java, SQL, C, C++, R, Python, DevOps, ML/AI, Data Science, AWS, Azure, or Agile
- Robust communication and public speaking skills
- Candidates who are currently available in Bangalore
- Candidates must be comfortable attending a face-to-face interview
