- Support the QA strategy by ensuring the integrity of large datasets and data lineage.
- Validate data transformations and quality frameworks using Snow SQL, Snow pipe, and stored procedures.
- Utilize tools such as DBT, Great Expectations, CI/CD, and Git/Bitbucket to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine testing documentation and communication flows.

What You Bring:

- Leadership experience in a data-focused QA or Testing environment.
- Proficiency in Snowflake architecture and SQL-based transformations.
- Hands-on experience with up-to-date data stacks (DBT, CI/CD tools).
- Knowledge of the Healthcare domain is a plus,



but not required.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
