As we scale, we’re looking for a Lead – Talent Acquisition to strengthen our most valuable asset: our people.

What You’ll Do

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across functions – Sales, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.

- Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and design effective hiring strategies.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging networks.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Truww as a preferred workplace in the interiors space.

- Manage, mentor, and guide a small TA team to deliver speed and quality in hiring.





- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring closures within defined TATs.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a quick-growing startup or agency background.

- Strong exposure to both volume hiring and niche hiring.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves for execution.

- Thrives in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
