Job Summary

P2 Power Solution is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to build a robust foundation in power systems, electrical engineering, and energy solutions. The trainee will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to real-time projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of power and electrical systems
Support execution of projects related to power distribution, control panels, UPS, solar, or energy solutions
Participate in site activities, inspections, and system troubleshooting
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, reports, and project records
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and company procedures
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients as required
Learn and apply industry standards, electrical codes, and best practices
Actively participate in training programs and performance reviews

Qualifications & Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
Basic understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and safety practices
Willingness to learn, travel to project sites if required, and work in a team environment
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design tools is an advantage

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Internship or academic project experience in power, electrical, or energy sector
Knowledge of solar power systems, UPS, panels, transformers, or automation
Familiarity with testing instruments and electrical drawings

Pay: ₹10,190.59 - ₹18,883.31 per month
