Responsibilities:
Develop and implement site-level security and loss prevention strategies.
Oversee day-to-day security operations across warehouses, offices, and yards.
Identify high-risk areas and implement controls to prevent theft, pilferage, and damage.
Conduct surprise checks, audits, and physical verification of stocks.




Analyze loss incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and legal requirements.
Lead, train, and monitor SLP Executives, supervisors, and security guards.
Conduct regular training on SOPs, vigilance, and emergency response.
Work closely with Warehouse, Operations, HR, and Finance teams.
Support stock audits, cycle counts, and year-end physical verification.

Requirements:
Graduate (Any stream); Diploma / Certification in Security Management preferred
5–10 years of experience in Security & Loss Prevention
Experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing setups preferred
Exposure to audits, investigations, and SOP implementation is mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
