Backend Executive – Supply Chain Operations

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day order fulfilment* from order receipt to delivery.

Coordinate dispatch and deliveries* and ensure timely completion.

Maintain and update inventory and stock records*.

Coordinate with vendors, delivery personnel, and clients* for order execution.
Track deliveries and provide timely updates to clients.
Prepare basic order, inventory and dispatch reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Handle delivery-related issues and follow up for closure.
Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience* in supply chain, logistics, order processing, dispatch or operations.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel*.
Organised, responsible and positive at follow-ups.
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
Experience in ERP/inventory software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,840.44 - ₹31,697.66 per month
