Define and drive the company’s technical vision, roadmap, and architecture in line with business objectives.
Evaluate recent technologies, tools, and platforms; make build vs. buy decisions.
Set engineering standards, coding practices, security policies, and quality benchmarks.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a team engineers/technical staff (hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, career development).

Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Delivery & Operations
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of products/features from requirements to deployment and support.careers.
Ensure system reliability, performance,



security, and scalability (uptime, monitoring, incident response).
Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Process & Governance
Implement and improve agile/development processes (sprints, code reviews, CI/CD, documentation).careers.
Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and tool subscriptions.
Ensure compliance with relevant security, data, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
