Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation

and reliability of production machinery and facility systems. The role involves

preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines, utilities, and

supporting equipment in line with aerospace quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of CNC machines with mechanical systems like spindle assembly, ATC ,

Coolant System, Hydrualics, Lubrication , Ballscrew and repairs

Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to mechanical maintenance.

Do preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machine tools to ensure optimal performance

and minimize downtime.

Should be conversant with levelling of machines, spindle bearing replacement





Should have worked in Maint department in Auto Component manufacturing

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering

 3–8 years of experience in maintenance of CNC/VMC machines (preferably in

aerospace or precision manufacturing)

 Robust knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine

controls

 Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

 Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and documentation

Preferred:

 Experience in aerospace manufacturing workplace

 Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices

 Exposure to audit requirements (ISO/AS9100 standards)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
