Receptionist & Telecaller

Location: Derabassi, Punjab

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and customers professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide basic information about the company and projects.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.
Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Coordinate with the sales and management teams regarding customer requirements.
Maintain daily call, visitor, and follow-up reports.
Handle basic front-desk and administrative responsibilities.
Maintain a qualified and friendly workplace at the reception area.




Perform other tasks related to reception and telecalling as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, reception, real estate, or customer handling will be an advantage.
