Key Responsibilities:
Overall management and implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 project.
Monitor training centre operations, targets and performance.
Coordinate Centre Managers, Trainers, MIS, Mobilization, Quality and Placement teams.
Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs and documentation.
Monitor enrolment, training, assessment, certification, placement and tracking.
Review MIS, reports and project KPIs and ensure timely submissions.
Coordinate with government authorities and project stakeholders.
Conduct regular centre visits and resolve operational issues.
Lead and monitor the project team to achieve targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
Mandatory DDU-GKY experience.
3+ years of experience in DDU-GKY / skill development projects.
Experience managing training centres and project teams.
Positive knowledge of DDU-GKY MIS, compliance and operational processes.
Solid leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel across Kerala.
Preference: Candidates with proven experience managing DDU-GKY projects/centres will be strongly preferred.
Pay: From ₹540,000.00 per year
